Client: Ministry of Social and Family Development (MSF)
Lead and planned ethnographic research, i.e., interviews, user tests, etc. for pilot study and facilitated synthesis of observation into tangible insights. Crafted and evaluated initial UX design flow, which formed the fundamental interaction matrix for subsequent development.
Case Study: Designing for the under-served at HDFC Bank*, India
*Case study was completed as part of a 3-days assessment sprint and was utilised to evaluate individual performance before confirmation of employment with Deloitte Digital (DD). HDFC bank was not an actual client of DD when this proposal was crafted.
